Not What I Was Hoping For - Edit
A fully vegan hostel in my home city?? Sounds like a dream come true! I was delighted when I first heard about Sishaus.
Read moreUnfortunately, the place can’t really hold up to my expectations. I‘ve been there twice so far: once taking a brunch box for two for take-away (no photos unfortunately); and the other time with “Too Good To Go”. Both times my experience was rather disappointing.
To me, the food is simply not really tasty. It was rather pretty tasteless. There was nothing that stood out in a positive way.
I’m a big fan of the concept of a fully vegan hostel, for obvious reasons, and I wish Sishaus all the best success, but unfortunately I cannot recommend this place for eating at all.

Ich würde das Sishaus als eher unkonventionell beschreiben :-)
Read morePrinzipiell ist es ein Hostel, bietet aber auch so die Möglichkeit dort zu essen (ich denke, so ist das Konzept).
Es ist sehr gemütlich dort (mit Eile oder Hast sollte man nicht hinschauen), die Angestellten sind super sympathisch und das Essen liebevoll zubereitet, köstlich und wirklich authentisch hausgemacht.
Mir hat es wirklich sehr gut dort gefallen :-)

I only tried the too good to go brunch box, so I cannot judge the brunch in the restaurant.

Service took a long time and menu option was quite limited. Staff are friendly but bear in mind that this is essentially a hostel breakfast room not a restaurant.

Mein Partner und ich haben eine Nacht in dem tollen Sishaus Hostel verbracht und dann am Morgen das Frühstück dort gehabt.
Read moreDer Cappuccino war sehr lecker und auch das salzige Frühstück fanden wir toll! Vor allem das Brot war wirklich lecker. Wir haben sogar noch einen Nachschlag bekommen und der Preis ist frei wählbar. Einfach eine tolle Erfahrung.
Wenn wir mal wieder in Graz sind kommen wir auf jeden Fall wieder😄

Leider enttäuschend - Edit
Das süße Frühstück war leider enttäuschend. Toast, Margarine und Marmelade würde ich in einem Café erwarten, dass sonst nichts veganes hat der Chiapudding war sehr klein und wurde, im Gegensatz zur Beschreibung (im Sommer) ohne frisches Obst serviert.

Cozy Breakfast - Edit
The breakfastroom has quite a cozy atmosphere: Comfortable furniture, great staff and splendid coffee greet you there. Besides, the food is really delicious and you'll get more than enough food, as you can always ask for more! I've already tried out the weekend brunch as well as the pay-as-you-wish-breakfast on weekdays. The brunch is really something special! Can definitly recommend going there!

Welcoming and cozy Space - with an interesting concept - Edit
We had the brunch - which is served directly at the table not on plates but on a baking sheet. Every item is placed carefully on the baking sheet and gets described in detail. (different spreads, vegan salmon, jam, energy ball, brownie, etc) Everything is homemade and really delicious. Would definitely recommend because it’s a really cozy space and the service is really friendly.
