Island deliciousness! - Edit
The staff is super friendly, there are plenty of vegan options and the kitchen is very careful not cross contaminate. The ackee and tofu had killer flavor and the brown stewed tofu was one of the best things I’ve ever eaten. 3000/10 will be back!

Glad I found this place. Have lots of ital/vegan options and even have a small market for grocery items from the islands. Food was great as was the hospitality.

Love this place so much! - Edit
Love love love! I’ve never found another Jamaican restaurant that compares—this is the best. I’ve tried all the vegan dishes and they’re all fantastic. The curried tofu is my favorite dish ever—not just here, like in the whole world. And the owners and staff are so nice. I’d give this place five stars if I could—I’d give it a hundred stars.

Traditional Jamaican foods and beverages. Off the beaten path, quaint location. I love the banana trees in the outdoor seating area. The ital stew is phenomenal.

Authentic Jamaican cuisine with vegan options - Edit
We had a nice experience stopping by this restaurant on one of our trips to Chico, very friendly service and felt welcoming. We sat in the back where there seems to be a stage for entertainment and events which is really fun. I enjoyed the plantains, tofu dish with rice and beans. Good vegan options overall :)

Love This Restaurant! - Edit
One of my favorite places to eat in Chico! This is a great place for vegans to get unique and delicious food while also supporting a Black owned business. Everyone who works here is so friendly and excited about the food they serve. Sipho himself is vegan so he knows how to make his vegan options appealing and delicious. There's a dedicated part of the menu for vegans/vegetarians and the staff is happy to answer any questions about their food. A lot of the stuff they make is made fresh as soon as you order which makes it truly delicious.

Update: Returned the very next day. Food was great, I was thinking about it all night. We had a different sever who was very knowledgeable about the menu.
