Delicious Malatang experience

Pay-by-weight system (approx. €2.50 per 100g, 400g minimum). The process is simple: grab a bowl, choose your favorite ingredients (tons of veggies and different types of tofu) and noodles (be careful, the homemade ones aren't vegan), and they'll drain and weigh it. Then, choose your broth (tomato or mushroom) or opt for dry/no broth, and select a drink. While you wait, there's a topping bar with free extras you can pick (sauces, cilantro, scallions...) to add to your bowl later. We had the tomato broth and it was incredibly flavorful. Finally we had too much food (maybe normal for the first time), so they kindly gave us a takeaway container. Highly recommendable spot, we'll definitely be back.

Pros: Great variety of veggies and tofu, Good price, Friendly staff

Cons: Not 100% vegan, Ingredients area isn't separated and see non-vegan

Quite good and filling

Very gimmicky in a good way. You pick out the ingredients to be cooked in a soup of your choosing and pay by weight.

There are plenty of vegan products to make your bowl and most broths are plant based. To be fair the vegan options look quite better than the animal products.

The broth was very flavourful and I loved choosing the ingredients for the bowl. I definitely ordered way too much though.
