Un sitio increíble, comida de sueño y atención inmejorable - Edit
Un sitio pequeñito con mucho encanto, las personas que atienden lo hacen con mucho mimo y cuidado, te sientes casi es un experiencia personalizada por que te explican con detalle cada plato.

Pedimos varios platos de la carta y todo estaba increíble. Especialmente recomendaría las bombas de sabor y las gyozas de edamame y trufa, aunque cualquier elección es buena.

Es la primera vez que voy y sin duda repetiré. Súper original. Es una mezcla de comida hindú y japonesa. Los platos buenísimos, muy elaborados y con mucho sabor. Tenemos pendiente probar los platos estrella que son los baos y el pato pekinés (para mí los q he probado hoy eran estrella también!). Además, el trato súper amable.

Platos muy originales e increíblemente sabrosos. Había probado varios en el otro shlen que me encantaron y estos no se quedaron atrás. En esta ocasión comimos la Dosa de jamón y queso, Katshlen Curry con Arroz Jazmín, No Butter No Chicken con Paratha y de postre unas natillas de cacahuete con chocolate. No sabría decir qué estaba más bueno. La atención de diez, súper amables todos y además nos explicaron los platos con detalle, nos pareció muy interesante. Lo recomendamos totalmente :)

Best vegan in Madrid - Edit
I already visited the other Shlen restaurant they have close to Goya, I heard about the new restaurant opening in Cuatro Caminos and I was told by the owners there will be new dishes that they don't have at their first restaurant, and as always, the food is spectacular!

I also tried the classic and super original "flavor bombs" and the baos—my favorite dish!
The owners, Sheetal and Lennon, take care of every detail and you can see it in every dish 🩷
I'll be back soon and ready to continue to try the rest of the menu!

Amazing Asian inspired dishes to share. Lovely owners who provide us with great suggestions. My two non-vegan colleagues loved the food too. Basque craft beer.
