Bought an apple juice from SF Fruits at ck tang, but the staff gave me green apple juice when I wanted red apple. The staff there told me if I wanted red apple juice, I have to tell him. So it is my fault that I did not tell him I wanted red apple juice so he insisted I take the green apple juice.

Seriously what kind of business will insist or force a customer to take the green apple juice. Can a business with branches all over Singapore be so small and force the consumer to take something he did not want? Maybe that’s how they get so many branches, forcing customers. This is one of the worst consumer experience I have. They should retrain all their staff and teach them basic consumer practices. I’m disgusted and flabbergasted.
