Whole grain, locally sourced fresh milled bakery. Most of the breads are vegan, and the grains are milled on site. Vegan breads include sourdough, wheat, rye and gluten-free Bird Bread. Open Tue 8:00am-2:00pm, Wed 8:00am-8:00pm, Thu-Sat 8:00am-4:00pm, Sun 9:00am-4:00pm. Closed Mon-Tue.

Great bakery with some delicious vegan stuff - Edit
We found this great neighborhood bakery with vegan bread, pastries and cookies. They mill their own organic flour. We had tahini cookies, peach and apple mini-cake and the Bird Seed bread. Everything was delicious and the staff and owner very welcoming. Would be great if there were more vegan items.

Delicious vegan pastries - Edit
Seylou has a few vegan pastries that are very good and made with the same hearty flour as their breads. These are also sold at the Dupont Farmers market on Sundays. Options include onion bialy, walnut rhubarb cake, tahini cookie, etc. Just ask for vegan, staff are friendly and happy to provide recommendations

Hearty, Healthy Bread - Edit
Seylou is a mill as well as a bakery! They mill their whole grains right there on site. The sourdough is especially tasty!
