I've never been a fan of tofu eggs but OMG the burrito was amazing! We also got the French toast plate which was beyond delicious. And I cannot get over the fat but they offer a free child's plate which is French toast and hash bones. We had so much left overs which was a wonderful bonus! And the staff is absolutely amazing. I'm so glad we decided to get this while we were in Arizona.

Favorite French Toast - Edit
I go to Scramble pretty much exclusively for their vegan french toast. They do have other clearly labeled vegan dishes on the menu, but the french toast is my favorite. They also have non-dairy options for the coffee drinks.

Food was just ok. Good selection but not impressed by quality. I love that they open at 6 am! I will continue going here, even though the quality is only ok. The hot sauce selection is great which makes ok food good! Grateful to have a breakfast place in the neighborhood. Way better selection than US egg down the street

I had the vegan soy chorizo breakfast burrito with tofu. Awful. You had to look really close to find the chorizo. The tofu scramble in it was bland, wet, and mushy. The only good thing on my plate was the hash brown.

I was in Tempe for a week, and the recommendations for restaurants were far too many. I visited Scramble because of their vegan options. The establishment was clean, the staff was helpful and friendly, and the wait time wasn't bad.
Read moreThe food was just okay. I can't say it was amazing, but I also can't say it was bad. For the record I ordered the Scrambled tofu. Maybe their 'Just Egg' option was better Idk.
In the end, it was vegan and it wasnt bad.

They had 5 vegan meal options and several drinks to choose from. Good service and yummy food! I got the vegan veggie scrambler. Felt kind of basic for $14 but I’m glad they had vegan options nonetheless

A small but very impressive vegan menu with a breakfast that's sure to fill you up for the day 😋 I had the tofu veggie scramble and it was delicious! The food was served fast after ordering at the counter.

So far I’ve tried the vegan French toast and the vegan soyrizo burrito. The French toast was lacking in flavor and was just overall disappointing. The soyrizo burrito was good and I’d definitely get it again. It was so big I could only eat half so I had breakfast the next day as well. Overall, it’s a convenient breakfast spot for me and I’ll definitely be back.

They make a good latte. The French Toast was made from baguettes which was interesting and delicious. Breakfast burrito was nothing fancy but tasted really good. I willl be coming back.

So I ordered the vegan French toast and hash browns and the Indian spice chai... the hash browns weren’t my favorite however this was by far the best French toast I’ve ever had and that tea with soy milk equals delightful
