Great vegan options

Vegan options are delicious i had Kalkuta chat, raw banana dumplings and a vegan cheesecake, this was on a special vegan night. You won't be disappointed

Great flavours, knowledgeable staff

Saurav Ki Rasoi is still quite a new restaurant but it is already becoming a firm favourite. The menu is extremely good for vegans and vegetarians, and staff are always so helpful and knowledgeable.

I've been a few times now and tried several dishes, including the pani Puri (hollow crispy shells you crack and fill with a spiced potato mix and sauce), a tiffin dish with flatbread and dahl and most recently one of their delicious toasted sandwiches. I went for aloo tikki, a crispy potato patty. I also had dhokla, a steamed savoury cake, and it was absolutely delicious. This was a new addition to the menu and not marked vegan but they confirmed it is - so always check if you aren't sure, they're very helpful.

So far everything I've had has been a really good, balanced flavour with a nice mix of sweet, spicy and tangy, and the choice of small dishes means I can try something different every time I visit.
