Unfortunately, there was not a large selection of vegan dishes as shown on the menus here. That's why we only had patatas bravas and a vegan burger. Both were very tasty and we would recommend them. We really liked the burger.

Poor quality of food and service! - Edit
The restaurant was named as Me Gusta but now it’s called Sarten. Vegan menu is no longer available!!!! The menu now offers several vegan tapas and a vegan burger. We ordered the vegan burger and two tapas. All of them are pricy and very disappointing!! It was the worst vegan burger we have tasted in ages!!

They have a few vegan options on their menu. As I ask to have a salad (unfortunately they don't have a vegan salad option on the menu). It was not possible to get one, which is a little bit strange and not too flexible. But beside this, it was okay.

I was a little confused finding this place as originally I was looking for a place called “Me Gusta”. However this is the same restaurant. Remember to ask for the vegan menu as the standard menu doesn’t list as many of the vegan options that are available. Their tapas portions are big. I tried the padron peppers and vegan chicken croquettes. The padron peppers lacked a bit of flavour for me personally - with salt and vinegar they were good. However the croquettes were delicious. I was hoping to try the chicken salad however I was full after the two tapas. Staff are helpful and nice.

We were initially disappointed to think the restaurant was closed - however it appears to be set across two units with one side locked and shuttered. The menu was great - plenty of clearly marked vegan options including several tapas dishes. We had the vegan chicken croquettes, patatas bravas, pan con tomate, and timbet mallorcan - everything was delicious! There were plenty more options - unfortunately stomach capacity meant I couldn’t try them all. We visited on our last day otherwise I would have made a few trips to sample everything.

Slightly confusing- Me Gusta and Sarten are next door to each other and share a seating area and menu, but this isn’t clear when you look are the restaurants.

Convenient location right near the entrance gate of Alcudia. Lots of vegan options for traditional (and not) Mallorcan cuisine. Generous portion sizes.
Read moreWe had the pa amb oli verduras which was nice enough, and the vegan chicken salad which used a tasty marinated seitan. The winner for us was the vegan patatas bravas - which was really nice (traditional style bravas, not the weird napolitan-style tomato pasta sauce you sometimes get in touristy areas) and spicy.

Qua ligging niet top: dicht bij de straat, maar wel deftig ingericht en zicht op de oude poort van de stad. Er zijn meerdere vegan tapas en vegan gerechten. Zélfs 2 vegan desserts(die geen fruitsalade is). Zelf heb ik de vegan Chicken satay en tijdens ons 2e bezoek de vegan cannelloni en mijn man (omnivoor) had de vegan burger. Als dessert had ik een heerlijk dessert op basis van banaan.
