It’s rainy and cold here and a friend wanted ramen so we went here. Nothing on the menu says vegan but our server was helpful and told us what we could get vegan. We got the spring rolls and veggie ramen. The spring rolls were good and possibly the biggest I’ve ever had. The ramen was just ok. It really didn’t have a lot of flavor and was mostly just noodles and lettuce, with a couple of slices of bell peppers, carrots and avocado.

Even a heaping tablespoon of miso would’ve made the soup so much better.
Also, no coffee or hot teas! Imagine a Japanese place with no tea. 🤣

Not many options and no protein substitution - Edit
First off the menu doesn’t list any items as vegan. Not sure if they got rid of the menu I see photos of on here.

The spring rolls have no protein. Just lettuce & carrot.
The veggie ramen we somehow had to request “without chicken”. Also no protein (no tofu, no mushrooms, and there’s actually lettuce in the ramen!)
Gyozas were ok. Overall useless for vegans.

Cons: Veggie ramen comes with chicken, No protein at all (mushrooms or tofu), Ramen has lettuce
