A must-try in Florence! - Edit
So many different options: bowls, salads, wraps, plenty of dips to choose from and even soups! The falafel and kibbeh are nice and crispy, but the best part is the tabbouleh salad, which is seasoned perfectly!

For dessert, one can choose between 5 different kinds of baklava, which we enjoyed as well.
All in all, this place has a lot to offer and the prices are reasonable - I‘d recommend you try it for yourself!

Delicious place with a very kind staff. The decor and atmosphere is spectacular. We ordered an extra pita wrap and stuck it in the fridge, and it was even better the next day!

Great Falafel - Edit
We had a cauliflower wrap & 8 falafel that were supposed to come with tahini but didn't. We were the first ones in the restaurant but still the food was slow to arrive, the wrap was nice but felt like it hadn't been assembled with great care. The falafel were really tasty but the whole vibe felt a little flat like there was no love in the food, especially in comparison to falafel places like Maoz in the Netherlands.

Il mio amico ha preso la Sabich, io il cavolfiore fritto con tahina, fattoush, hummus di barbabietola e babaganoush, molto buoni entrambi, ma non è stata la nostra prima scelta, i piatti che volevamo o non erano disponibili o contenevano aglio, per il quale entrambi abbiamo un odio feroce. Il signore al banco era gentile, ma non sembrava capire bene le nostre richieste. Per dessert abbiamo preso la Kanafeh ai datteri, che era troppo unta e troppo dolce. Avevamo regolarmente prenotato, ma la nostra prenotazione non era stata vista e abbiamo trovato un tavolo per puro caso.

Fresh, friendly, and inviting - Edit
This is a gem in Florence! 1.5 blocks from the Arno River, it was an easy and enjoyable walk. We were greeted by a friendly lady who explained all the dishes to us with patience. I thoroughly enjoyed my Palmira (Mujaddara, kibbeh, etc) and it filled me up well. Healthy and satisfying. I was glad to see a crowd of folks and delivery people in the place. The walls are decorated with plants, and signs showing how healthy hummus is.

Hand made wraps right in front of you. Falafel wraps I have back home are about half the size. The falafel bouquet was great. The falafels were bigger than I am used to also. I would definitely come back if I was in the area

I tried falafel, classic hummus and beetroot humus, babaganush, and a falafel wrap :all was good and fresh. Prices are slightly over the average but the place offers fresh food all day long.

Read moreI had the falafel wrap. I loved the flavoring and it was one of the better ones that I’ve had before. I’m definitely going back. I also had one of their Beirut Pilsner beers. It was light and I really liked it.

Quite late to write this review. I was living in Florence for 4 months at the end of last year and I was staying just down the road from Santo Falafel. This place was heaven. I probably went 4-5 times a week. The entrados is amazing and a great deal for a lot of food. The owner is a great guy and the staff are all really friendly. I greatly miss seeing them and eating there. When I am back in Florence again, it will be my first stop and last! Miss you santo falafel 💔💔💔
