Great salad

Great salad. Very nice dressing - soy and Japanese flavours. Eggplant was amazing on top
They adjust vegan because it’s labeled as V. Know about vegans coming here though. Wouldn’t dine in since it’s very rushed. Mostly delivery drivers and takeout order. Salad is great but was a bit hunger still
