Surprising Spot for Solid Vegan Options - Edit
I wasn't expecting any vegan dining options in Huntsville but was pleasantly surprised when we asked and Sam's Table had a dedicated vegan section on the menu! I got the Casado which was basically a plate full of rice, black beans, grilled veggies, fried plantains, salad and 3 tortillas to make mini tacos. If I had one critique it might be that it was kind of bland, but I was just grateful for a filling meal alongside a non-vegan group that raved about their food. Prices were super reasonable ($12 for mine) and service was great. Heads up there is a taxidermy deer bust by the bar but I couldn't see it from where we were seated in the main dining room.
