Oh yes

Indeed. This please is a hidden gem. Tucked away in the middle of the gothic quarter. Not a vegan restaurant, but what vegan items they do offer are seriously good.

Seriously, the tofu sador. That's all you need.

everything was... awesome!

Go here.
Order the olives and the bread with tomatoes for starters.
Take the tofu sador as main.
Drink sangria.

You're welcome!

Pros: everything!

Cons: slightly pricey

delicious and lovely

Lovely, casual, eclectic atmosphere, excellent service, reasonable prices. The Turkish coffee has cardamom pods in it for a really pleasant, almost chocolatey version of the drink, and the vegetarian panini-ish flatbreads were the best thing we’ve eaten in Barcelona so far. There were a lot of vegetarian options, and you can ask to have things made without cheese to expand the vegan options. We spent about $15 per person for hearty, filling vegetarian lunch entrees with drinks. You could spend less if you get tapas instead.

one of our favorites

They don’t have too many vegan options but what they do serve is very good. The location, atmosphere and the tea are everything you are looking for in old town Barcelona.

lovely environment

Enjoyed my visit to Salterio. Different type of Moroccan food to what I am used to. It was very tasty! Great environment, lovely music. Only issue was good took a long time to arrive, over an hour. But I think we had a translation issue. Not badly priced €25 for two beers Xmas two sabos.

Pros: great music , cosy relaxed environment , delicious food

Cons: food took a while to arrive.

Unique and Delicious, One Vegan Option

Cozy, cool, unique atmosphere with excellent tea. The delicious taste of the Remedio infusion is still in my mind. Foodwise there is precisely one vegan option, besides olives, namely the tofu sardo. This option is excellent and a good size (and they can modify the ingredients to your taste).

The appetizer bread is bought somewhere else and none of the helpful, excellent staff could guarantee it was vegan.

Do give yourself time to eat here, it is quite small and the kitchen consists of a propane hot plate and a sandwich press. They use it well and are quite efficient as they prepare each sardo to order, but expect to spend 90 minutes here if it's meal time.

Pros: Unique, Great teas, Atmosphere

Cons: Limited vegan options, Takes time

Good teas and atmosphere

I went with a friend and the service was okay, they have a huge variety of teas! And many of them are ECO :)

El restaurante era súper acogedor y agradable. La comida riquísima y a precios asequibles. Además, la camarera/cocinera fue un encanto con nosotrxs, está claro que repetiremos si tenemos la ocasión! Muy recomendable!!!

Gothic Coffee

We had a lovely traditional coffee here after eventually finding the place in the fabulous Gothic Quarter. I can't comment on the food but the place was very friendly with a nice dark atmosphere.

Pros: good coffee, friendly

Cons: not easy to find

Absolutely worth it, but bring some time with you

Nice and cozy restaurant with a few vegan options that are really great. My Sardo with tofu was one of the best things I've ever eaten! Could taste that the indrigents were of very good quality. You should try the homemade tea as well (you can choose between soy-, oat- and ricemilk).

Pros: Cozy atmosphere, nice staff, great food

Cons: We had to wait 1,5 hours for the food

lovely place!

Came here a couple times before i was vegan as a vegetarian and loved it! Great atmosphere, very cosy and quirky in the best way. I had a sardo de cuatro estaciones which was freshly made and tasted great! Unfortunately i didn't take note of the vegan options at the time but will go back to check them out soon! The staff are all nice people and welcome everybody.

Pros: tasty food, nice atmosphere, nice staff/owners

Cons: long preparation time when its busy

Really cozy atmosphere

I just had some cookies and some organic really cheap good red vine here thus far but I fell in love with the space, the ambience and the personnel. It feels real, like it organically became what it is, a hole in the wall, tucked in a narrow street in old town with different cups and different chairs. Unfortuneately it doesn't mark vegan options, but there are plenty.

Pros: Gorgeous space, Really warm and friendly staff, Some items are organic and there are many vegan op

Cons: The vegan items are not marked

Rustic & Olde World

Tucked away in a narrow back street off Carrer Ferran this is a little place stuck in a time warp. It's dimly lit and has a very bohemian feel to it like an old antiques shop in Kazimierz Krakow or Prague. We had the Turkish coffee which took an age to prepare but was worth the wait and superb. The food was prepared from fresh and looked very nice indeed. A great place for a quick snack such as bruschetta or bread & dips.

Pros: Homely, Great coffee

Cons: Small food range
