Best vegan ice cream I’ve ever had - Edit
I know, seems like an exaggeration and I was surprised myself! There were four vegan options (the three in the photo which includes freckled mint choc chip, hazelnut cookies and cream, and strawberry coconut water sherbet; and then a caramel plantain fancy rotating flavor- my friend tried it and said it was way overly sweet). I only tried the hazelnut cookies and cream, but WOW! The ice cream itself is coconutty but that flavor worked so well with this combo. The globs of hazelnut Nutella-looking chocolatey stuff (but darker chocolate and way less sweet) were so yummy, and the chocolate cookies were actually crunchy (not the soggy Oreo I’m used to). The ice cream was slightly salty which I LOVED- it complemented the flavors so well. The sugar cone was so crisp, crunchy, and delicious. I’ve been spoiled now, how will I ever go back to the ice cream available where I live? Granted, I spent $9 including 20% tip for 1 scoop in a cone, but it was worth it.
