Bougie but not the best - Edit
Sacro is bougie, and like bougie restaurants that aren’t vegan they add a lot of salt and fat to the food. We had the humita, the empanada and the burger. It was fine. I guess Sacro is good for the elegant and modern ambience- it’s really nice- but the food isn’t the best in town.

Ayer fuimos dos personas a cenar y si bien tengo que decir que la comida es muy buena, la atención esmerada y el vino delicioso el lugar tiene las mesas muy cerca y nos enteramos de las conversaciones de los demás, así como los demás escucharon nuestra charla de política. La música y las voces obligadamente altas hacen muy poco deseable el lugar. Comer bien pero pasarlo mal no es la idea.

I’m a wide traveller and I have to say the food here is some of the best I’ve ever eaten. Great varied menu, great service, great wine! Our waiter Alex was so sweet and tried so hard to explain all the dishes to us in English as our Spanish is limited. I really hope we get to eat here again before we leave South America. We tried the Empanada, Bao, Kimchi Dumplings, Ravioli and the roasted carrot dish. All were delicious. For dessert we had the chocolate tart and key lime pie l washed down with a delicious Malbec. It’s also very reasonably priced for such an upscale restaurant. Highly recommend!!

The best way to enjoy this lovely spot is to go with one or two others and share many dishes. Portions are small and it is recommended that you order two starters (snacks or suaves), one main (fuerte) and dessert (dulce) per person.
Read moreSnacks: We tried the beet hummus and the black empanada. Both were absolutely delicious! I actually liked these two dishes more than any other (save maybe the desserts). The hummus was beautifully-served, creamy, flavorful, and perfectly executed; served with this thin, crispy cracker that allowed the hummus to be the true star in your palate. It was garnished with some fresh herbs that really burst with flavor in your mouth when you ate them on top of the hummus. Amazing great dish. The empanada has no equal. Visually it is stunning--charcoal black and a perfect empanada shape. It is filled with some sort of mushroom blend and comes with this orange harissa sauce. The filling is delicious and flavorful and dipping it in the sauce really gives it that extra pop. This is the dish you must absolutely try if you eat here. It's gorgeous and delicious.
Suave: We tried the kimchi dumplings for this course. Three green dumplings are served beautifully on a plate. They're tasty and definitely have this umami vinegary taste that transports you to southeast Asia. The filling is some sort of purple mush that I'm guessing is where the kimchi comes in, because it's not immediately obvious how the dumplings get their name. This dish was also very tasty, but not a favorite.
Fuerte: We tried the cereal quemado and ravioli for this course. The cereal was very beautifully served and definitely and interesting dish full of different textures and flavors. We really enjoyed how dynamic it was. Tasty, but nothing too incredible. The ravioli were served on this creamy pea sauce that when combined with the soft pasta and their delicious filling really burst in your mouth with freshness and a comforting creaminess. This dish I would definitely recommend. it was delicious!
dulce: We tried the palta key lime and the banana coconut cake. The key lime was spectacular--creamy, rich, melt-in-your mouth texture. A definite must try. The banana coconut cake reminded me of a coconut cream pie a bit. It was cold and creamy with both banana and coconut flavors coming out strongly. The cake had a date and nut crust and two creamy layers--one coconut one banana--garnished with thinly sliced fresh banana on top. Absolutely delicious. I would highly recommend it

Wow! We turned up early without reservation and they squeezed us in! The staff are so friendly and the food is DELICIOUS! Served with class and style. Gourmet plant based cuisine at its best - Edit
This restaurant is fabulous. Cool and hip with a sleek modern minimalist interior, friendly service and good cocktails. And it’s in a vibrant, fun part of town: Palermo Hollywood. But the thing that really sets this place apart is the food: this is some of the most innovative, beautifully presented and delicious plant based cuisine I have tried anywhere, and is right up there with the best vegan restaurants of LA and New York. And it’s incredible value for money. We have now been there for lunch and dinner and are going back again for more.
