Best to go custom - Edit
First time I tried the vegan nduja pizza and in all honesty wasn't a fan and didn't envisage coming back to Rudy's. However I was forced back and this time had a custom pizza, plain tomato, plus vegan cheese, plus loads of vegetables and it was delicious!

Modified Marinara - Edit
We’re repeat visitors to various Rudy’s locations because the pizza is always great. There’s a marinara (always vegan) and a vegan pizza with plant based lamb on the current menu. Pizzas can be modified to have vegan cheese or to add extra veggies - I added red onion & cherry tomatoes to mine. Very tasty as always!
