We went to Rudy’s for a little weekday date dinner and the pizza was okay. We ordered the 'NDUJA ORTOLANA vegan version and a MARINARA with vegan cheese. They only have two vegan options which is not great.
Read moreThe NDUJA ORTOLANA had way too much of a weird rocket pesto, would’ve been better with way less. The MARINARA was the better pizza as the tomato sauce was soooooo tasty.
The decor was cute and it had a nice vibe for a date night.

I wouldn’t bother coming back here to be honest. There was only 1 vegan pizza to choose from and no starters available except olives.

Far fewer vegan options now - Edit
We’ve been to Rudy’s a few times since it opened in London, and on our visit yesterday felt it had definitely gone downhill for non-meat eaters. There’s now only one vegan option on the standard menu other than a plain tomato pizza, and that was an (admittedly good) fennel ‘sausage’ w spicy tomato sauce. What really disappointed me was the specials menu which used to always have one meaty and one vegan option, which was always creative & veg-led, but this time 2x meaty and one non-vegetarian cheesy one. It just felt like they stopped caring about vegans to be honest. Hoping this was just an unlucky visit!

Rudy’s in Manchester was a staple for excellent pizza, and the Soho branch doesn’t disappoint.
