Sell a range of mainly sweet pastries, though there is savory stuff too. Some of the range is vegan (confirm). The owner, Rosy Soussis, speaks good English and understands what vegan means. Confirmed open as of April 2012. Open Mon-Sun 10:00am-11:30pm.

I have visited roses bakery multiple times as the pastries are just to die for! Sweet vegan pastries with a lovely latte freddo, and don't forget to grab some of her savory vegan pies for lunch or tea 🤤 Rose is such a lovely person, offering to fill our water bottles, giving us a few extra pastries for free, and offering up loads of advice on places to go in Corfu town. Don't miss this place, just be aware that it is quite expensive and the pastries are filling. We got 5 pastries between two which was definitely too much!!

Read moreRosy herself is an amazing woman who makes all her pastries herself. While she was explaining everything to us we could really feel how passionate she is about her bakery and how much she loves what she does. Almost everything in her bakery is vegan and she can tell you everything about each pastry (vegan, raw vegan, gluten-free, sugar-free etc). The baclava and the pastries are so delicious!
We enjoyed it very much and are so thankful for Rosy’s patience and warm way of treating us. Visiting Rosy’s bakery is a special experience and I would recommend it to everyone, it’s worth all the money.

Owner was so friendly. Try the sesame one which has a sort of hazelnut ganache in the middle. It was also lovely to try the kumquat cake which is nice to do as kumquats are the local delicacy!

A whole shelf and a half of vegan pastries (not labelled, but the server knew which ones they were). Warning - they are very rich, so don't order too many! Good Greek coffee too. I'll be back again.
