Wonderful vegan Ethiopian options

Rosalind’s is my favorite Ethiopian place! They have a wide variety of vegan options. There is a “Vegan Goodness” platter that gives you a very generous helping of all vegan sides, though you can also order each vegan side a la carte. The Vegan Sambusa is my favorite thing in the whole world.
