I ate in this little cozy restaurant last week, and it was amazing! super tasty and healthy food and small prices (compared to other places in Paris!) really recommended. the vegan cheesecake is the best one i’ve had in my entire life!

Went on a Sunday and got the “brunch table” tasting menu. It came like a thali, a plate full of tiny bowls showcasing their entire menu. My favorites were the spinach dhal, mango curry, and banana bread. Highly recommend!

We visited Riz Riz for dinner one evening. Spoilt for choice with their 100% vegan menu, we decided to order the rice table so could try a little bit of pretty much everything. It costs €26 per head but you get a lot of food for your money - so much so that we ended boxing some up & taking it with us.

La première fois que je suis venue, j’ai goûté aux gaufres de patates douces et au dhal d’épinards. C’était très bon. Les serveuses sont aimables et gentilles. La décoration chaleureuse.

I had mango curry. It was delicious, but I was missing some protein, like tofu. I paid 16.50 euros for the meal. My boyfriend had dhal, which was also delicious. The meal was a little more expensive.

Riz Riz offers a cuisine obviously centered on rice, with many colorful and healthy dishes. I tried the mezze, which allowed me to try all their dishes in small portions. Everything was very tasty. I also tried the chocolate mousse for dessert, which was smooth. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Prices are consistent with the location.

Read moreI tried everything on their menu, and each dish come with its own flavour, spices... they do know how to make currys !
My favorite is the mango masala.
I like that their menu isn't too big.
Reservation is not required but could be helpful. Sometimes you wait a bit long before being served but not that much.
Recently I noticed there are always little flies in the restaurant, that stay around the tables, which is a bit annoying.

I ordered a rice table because I couldn’t make up my mind. I received seven samples of foods on the menu. Some were very tasty, others rather bland and disappointing.

I’m confused by the many positive reviews Riz Riz gets on here. I’ve eaten here twice now and both times I was dissapointed. I usually give generous reviews to any plant-based restaurant unless it’s really bad. And unfortunately, that’s the case at Riz Riz. The food is boring, bland and lacks flavor and imagination. The staff was very polite and friendly but the service was chaotic and unprofessional. Riz Riz needs to do better. #Veganuary

Notre arrivée à 22h a commencé avec une grosse déception car le restaurant était bien ouvert mais nous a dit que à partir de 21h, plus aucun repas n'était servi en salle et qu'il fallait commander à emporter.
Read moreEnsuite, sur le menu, il y a écrit en gros que le cash n'est pas accepté. Ce qui est illégal en France. C'est justement le seul moyen de paiement qu'on ne peut pas refuser justement.
Nous avons mangé nos plats dans le métro du coup. Mes gaufres étaient très bonnes et le guacamole aussi mais dans les boites à emporter, les gaufres ont tendance à ramollir.
Le plat de ma fille était bon, mais le riz manquait de sel.
Le dessert (riz et mangues) était très quelconque.
Pour deux plats servis dans des boites et un dessert, j'ai payé 43 euros. Pour le même prix, j'ai l'impression que j'aurais mieux mangé à Cantine Soya.
Bref, à réessayer en mangeant sur place et en testant un autre dessert mais les prix sont quand même très élevés.
Pros: Fresh food, Mets originaux (les gaufres)
Cons: Ne sert plus en salle après 21h, Prix élevés , Riz manquant de sel

I went on a Friday and they had many reservations booked, however they were kind enough to offer me a table for one just for an hour. Eating here has been one of my favorite things about Paris, I’ve been trying many restaurants and this one offered me the best dish I’ve had!

Was surprised to not see more tofu in the curries or have some dishes without a pulse
Desserts were good (preferred the raspberry cheesecake and chocolate peanut butter mousse); however the banana bread is very dry
Their waffle machine was broken so we couldn’t get them today
