Absolutely amazing experience! - Edit
We shared a full plate which included all the savory signature dishes. The food was incredibly good and you could taste the high quality. We were stunned and speechless by the Chotpoti, the Sweet Potato Waffle and Matcha Cheesecake. Totally worth the prices!

Perfect for rice lovers - Edit
Very pleasant staff, colourful presentation. I found parts of the food a bit insipid, especially the beetroot hummus, which l enjoyed having with rice cakes for a change. Excellent concepts, seasoning needs attention.

Beautiful place, lovely service, good food - Edit
We went just after twelve on a weekday and had the place to ourselves. Very friendly staff, stylish decor, some pretty enticing options.
Read moreIn the end we ordered the chotpoti (not that exciting), the spinach dhal (nice but also not overwhelming) and the oven baked aubergines (the rice was dry but the aubergines were delightful! Definitely something to replicate at home).
Perhaps a little too much coconut milk on the menu? And please definitely list it among the ingredients if it's in the dish (not a massive fan ☺️).

Good - Edit
Good options on the menu, mostly rice based. We had veggie masala, spinach daal, grain bowl and sweet potato waffles. Also had desserts, rice puddings, chocolate torte and raspberry cheesecake.

We have the 'full Riz' vegan tasting menu, so a little of everything. Really interesting flavours, great presentation.. the place was full on a Tuesday evening, so book in advance.

First time at Riz Riz 17/07 - Edit
It was the first place I visited when I arrived in Paris.
Read moreI ordered a 'Sweet Potato Waffle' 16€ and a 'Riz au lait' for desert.
The waffles were good. Tasted like sweet potato and were soft. But the rest was basically a bunch of leafs that I could have made myself at home. So it wasnt really suprising.
Le riz au lait was ok.
To be honest it was nice trying but it didn't make me curious enough to try the other dishes or to explore au fond the restaurant. 🌱

Riz riz, and more rice - Edit
Was looking forward to visiting the place but was disappointed with my experience. I ordered the lunch formule: entrée plat dessert. The taboulé was served in a small bowl that made it difficult to eat. Had to eat the chickpeas and tomatoes to get to the rice that was packed into the bottom of the bowl. Serving was generous but flavor was nothing special. Curry du dragon was very tasty but was served with an oversized portion of white rice. Would have preferred a bit more curry and less rice. I dare not order the rice pudding afterwards, so I went with banana bread — Disappointing.

Went on a Sunday and got the “brunch table” tasting menu. It came like a thali, a plate full of tiny bowls showcasing their entire menu. My favorites were the spinach dhal, mango curry, and banana bread. Highly recommend!

A mixed bag - Edit
We visited Riz Riz for dinner one evening. Spoilt for choice with their 100% vegan menu, we decided to order the rice table so could try a little bit of pretty much everything. It costs €26 per head but you get a lot of food for your money - so much so that we ended boxing some up & taking it with us.
Read moreSome dishes were very good, such as the spinach daal & the black panther. Others, such as the mango masala & the tabbouleh, were a bit underwhelming. A mix bag really but an enjoyable experience nonetheless.

We loved the food, it was fresh and nicely served. Very tasty and colorful. The service was great as well. We were 4, and ordered the 4 mains that were not spicy (sweet potato, black panther, spinach Dahl, mango masala), and a chotpoti as a starter… we couldn’t finish it all…

Delicious - Edit
I had mango curry. It was delicious, but I was missing some protein, like tofu. I paid 16.50 euros for the meal. My boyfriend had dhal, which was also delicious. The meal was a little more expensive.

Healthy and tasty vegan cuisine - Edit
Riz Riz offers a cuisine obviously centered on rice, with many colorful and healthy dishes. I tried the mezze, which allowed me to try all their dishes in small portions. Everything was very tasty. I also tried the chocolate mousse for dessert, which was smooth. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Prices are consistent with the location.

Must eat vegan restaurant in Paris ! - Edit
Riz Riz is one of the vegan restaurant in Paris I'd recommend without a doubt.
Read moreI tried everything on their menu, and each dish come with its own flavour, spices... they do know how to make currys !
My favorite is the mango masala.
I like that their menu isn't too big.
Reservation is not required but could be helpful. Sometimes you wait a bit long before being served but not that much.
Recently I noticed there are always little flies in the restaurant, that stay around the tables, which is a bit annoying.
