Tasty arepas and patacones!

While the main vegan options are limited to 2 dishes, they are clearly marked as vegan and they are very good! It is essentially a bean, avocado, and sweet plantain sandwich using either fried corn (Arepa) or green plantain (patacon) as the "bread". Very fresh and well-seasoned. There may be a bit of a language barrier if you don't speak Spanish but you can just point to what you want on the menu. Friendly service, great food options that need no modifications to be vegan, and reasonable prices. I'm not in this part of town often but it will definitely be my go-to when I'm here!
