An environmental cafeteria/restaurant in a colorful & relaxing space with background music. The menu changes weekly so doesn't have permanent vegan dishes clearly labeled, but every week out of 8 dishes prepared at least half are always clearly labeled vegan. The furniture is mostly made with wood or other natural materials. Food is seasonally based and the vegetables and fruits used come from sustainable agriculture. Reported open February 2024. Open Mon-Sat 07:30-20:30. Closed Sun.

Very friendly owner and staff in a vegetarian restaurant based on sustainable principles. We ate there twice and food was very good on both occasions. The menu varies according to what is seasonally available so you won't be eating meals with lots of food miles.
