Very good! - Edit
It’s very delicious, healthy, and satisfying. Every vegan dish is perfect. I’m a big fan of the tofu.

Been coming for 12 years, it remains very good - but too dear - Edit
I've been coming here for twelve years whenever I visit Salvador. Great selection of quality products. Beware the fish and chicken options towards the end of the buffet line. But the vast majority is veg*n.
Read moreIn late 2023, all three buffets I've visited - this, Saude De Panela, Manjericão - are all almost R$100 per kilo, which is fairly outrageous considering comparable vegetarian and vegan buffets in São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro this month were R$50 to R$67. This place isn't even fully veg. Conventional non-veg places in Salvador are under half this price.
Of the three, Manjericão is a distant third. Saude Na Panela and Ramma have a similar range of products, but Saude Na Panela just edges Ramma on quality, and wins anyway because there it's veg-only and you don't need to watch out for meat and fish.

Vegan Options Highlighted - Edit
The restaurant is neither vegan nor vegetarian, nor is the price cheap. However, the restaurant offers and makes explicit several vegan options in each of the food options. I found this very fair and honest, as every time I am "forced" to go to a non-vegan, fast food restaurant it is always a terrible experience, as I have to ask several times and insist ("are you sure?") to ensure that the food option is vegan, which was not the case in this restaurant. I didn't notice seeing red meat in the restaurant, but I did notice chicken and fish. The price per kilo is expensive, but the food is good and honest.

Atendimento maravilhoso e ambiente aconchegante!

Very tasty and appeals to all - Edit
My family and I returned to Ramma twice during our four day stay in Salvador and were fully satisfied each time. The gnocchi with mushrooms was a treat after all the rice and beans we had and all four of us went back for seconds. The buffet had everything to satisfy all of our different taste buds, and even had a meat dish for the one person in our group who is non-veggie. My son was thrilled to see they had organic apple juice for him! Staff were lovely and some spoke English. Highly recommend Ramma - Barra.

good veg-friendly buffet option - Edit
Nice buffet, per-kilo, vegetarian friendly option just a block from main Salvador's square. Good quality, tasty food, personally like it being buffet rather than a-la-carte (good for a lightweight lunch/dinner). Fresh fruit juices options (smoothies, rather).

Pros: buffet, tasty, good quality, atmosphere

One of the best vegetarian restaurant!! - Edit
They serve lacto vegetarian food based bahian traditional dishes. You can pick what ever you want from salad section (raw food section) to oriental style tofu dish, abara (bahia's traditional food) made in vegetarian, Italian, pastery.
