Mir hat die Raffinesse gefehlt - Edit
Eine Auswahl an verschiedenen ramen und Reisgerichten. Es gibt veganes Hack und Tofu als Alternative. Jedoch habe ich etwas mehr würze und omami erwartet. Das hat mir irgendwie gefehlt. Den Gerichten hat der Kik gefehlt. Für Leute die eher milde Gerichte mögen ist aber durchaus was dabei. Ich würde nicht nochmal hin gehen. Die Location ist ganz ok. Aber etwas düster.

Great Tamtam, Exciting Atmosphere - Edit
They have clearly marked vegan dishes such as Miso, Shoyu and Tamtam Ramen if you order the Shitake option. We had the Tamtam Ramen which is supposed to be a little bit spicier. They broth had several layers of flavors but wasn’t too spicy. It comes with vegan miced beef, carrots, mushrooms and of course Shiyoba noodles. Portion size is good and price is comfortable I’d say. Would go again.
