Serves meat, vegan options available. Little lunch place making broths and noodles and turns them into ramen soups. Each month the chef picks five dishes and prepares them in the open kitchen-counter. Sample dishes might be a spinach-mushroom-tofu buns and soba noodle salad with kale. Portions are on the small side. Gets crowded so get there early. Open Tue-Sat 12:00-14:30.

🩷 Fantastic Vegan Ramen! 🩷 - Edit
I had such a wonderful time at this ramen place! The owners were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about vegan options, even taking the time to explain which dishes could be made vegan.
Read moreWe started with the Gyōza with edamame filling, and they were absolutely delicious, perfectly complemented by a fantastic dipping sauce. For the main course, I had the shoyu nasu ramen, and it completely exceeded my expectations. It was a true paradise of vegetables and tofu in a rich, flavorful broth, easily the best ramen I've ever had. The vegetables were cooked just right and the noodles were perfectly al dente.
The atmosphere was cozy and inviting. I had such a great experience here and will definitely be back the next time I'm in Ghent!
Pros: ✨ Delicious ramen and side, ✨ Cozy atmosphere, ✨ Friendly owners

Delicious ramen - Edit
Very friendly people. They immediately indicated that the vegetarian option could be made vegan. We had very tasty and flavourful ramen with aubergine. The homemade lemonade was also very good. We will definitely come back here when we are in Ghent.

Great vegan Ramen and little snacks - Edit
I'm a 'regular here and I love their vegan Ramen option (You do have to ask for it - and then they leave out the egg from the vegetarian option). They also have vegan gyoza, beans, or other little appetisers. The Soup changes every month, so you can come back more often.

Cozy Tasting Ramen - Edit
The meal was very homely. I had the veggie ramen and it was lovely! Tho the portion was massive, and I couldn't fully finish it. I'm glad they were tho, it just made the whole thing look more delicious. The home made lemonade was great, and to my surprise sparkling! A pleasant surprise, as I prefer sparkling drinks.

Nice place to look at people while eating - Edit
Takes a while but the food is simple and pure. Not a lot of vegan/veggie options. I was there around 13h and veggie was out. Cosy, special tasts, different from other restaurants. Which is good!
