Very tasty but only one vegan option

The vegan one is stuffed with black beans. I got the meal deal which adds fried plaintain and red slaw, which they also referred to as Sauerkraut. It was very tasty and certainly something different.
The three stars is purely a reflection of there being just the one vegan option and the price, which seemed a bit steep but might be linked to the cost of being at Victoria cardinal place market.

Nice to see something different

I saw a post on instagram where they said where they would be on the day. I was quite closed so I popped by to see what they offered. I was very intrigued by the 'pupsas', so I decided to try on of the veggie options and God it was sooo good ! Especially with the small salad on the side and their fresh sauce. The stall has nice vibes as well.

I asked Arthur if they would be in Putney on Saturday, but apparently the opening times on HappyCow are wrong. He told me to check instagram for their actual locations.

Pros: Good value, Freshly made, right in front of you, All gluten free

Cons: Would be more convenient if they had a restaurant

Nothing to See Here

I went out of my way to try this as it sounded really different. There was no phone number, but their website stated their hours as the same as on here - 10-3 on Saturdays at St Mary's Church, Putney.

They weren't there. The rest of the market was up and running. I waited from 10.30-11.00. I contacted them via their website and as yet no response.

So all I can say is that they're unreliable. If you're there anyway pop in (worth a try as the other reviewer said their food was good), but don't go out of your way for them.

Cons: They don't turn up for work

Really good and unique!

We happened upon Arthur and his stand in the seemingly vegan black-hole of Putney on Saturday. This super-friendly guy will cook up fresh pupusas in front of your eyes, served with home-made sauerkraut (and fried plantain for a little extra money). What are pupusas? They’re a street food staple from El Salvador made with cornmeal stuffed with a variety of flavours. We tried them filled with black beans and red beans with courgette. Both were delish!! The menu board helpfully has all the allergens listed for each option, the menu is 98% vegetarian with a good number of vegan options! Only one meat option hence the 4 stars. Arthur is really friendly, so why not go down there on a Saturday for a chat and some yummy homemade pupusas? We’ll be back!

Pros: Lots of vegan options, All allergens listed, Something different
