A fully vegan street food stall/restaurant. Serves a few dishes in the morning. Plenty of seating outside on the pavement. No English spoken and no menu in English. The three main items are banh mi (baguette sandwich), bun xao (dry noodles with tofu, spring roll and vegetables) and a com tam chay (broken rice with faux meat, tofu cake and vegetables). Payment by cash or bank transfer. Open Mon-Sun 6:00am-12:30pm.

Vegan street food at its best - Edit
Vietnamese vegan street food at its best. A few basic breakfast dishes are served. Her top three are vegan banh mi, vegan bun xao and vegan com tam. She ran out of banh mi, so I opted for her excellent bun xao. Only 15.000 Dong! I got it for take away. She has plastic chairs and tables around her stall if you want to look at the world go by on the canal road next to the street food restaurant. If you need the toilet her house is behind this little vegan enterprise.
