No English spoken and no menu in English. Next to a busy road and near a bridge. Bánh uot. Rice. Open Mon-Sun 7:00am-11:00pm.

Say no to the com tam's cake part - Edit
This is a very local vegetarian restaurant. Almost vegan. They use eggs in the com tam's cake part. Just say no to that part and they will give you extra fake meat. My all vegan com tam was 25.000. A very typical Vietnamese restaurant. Aluminum dented wonky tables, faded old plastic chairs, grimy floors,right next to a busy fume filled noisy road. In other words perfect. #Veganuary
