Great staff, great vibe but lacks enough flavor - Edit
If you're looking for reliable, that's PS Kitchen. However their food is sort of mid of the road. You won't leave with your mind blown but you'll have had a good meal.

Incredible - Edit
Great atmosphere, and a tasty menu. For two, we had vings, beet salad & chilli fries to start. The vings were amazing, and the beet salad fresh. The chili fries were disappointing. For meal, I had the Ceasars wrap.

Okay - Edit
Arrived for a 5:15 dinner reservation on a Thursday the week before Christmas. We were seated in a nice quiet corner upstairs. Food was hit or miss. 2 of us split the chili cheese fries, Mac n cheese, maitake buffalo wings, and the ravioli. Fries (2/10) were too overloaded with meat and all you could taste was that signature beyond flavor which honestly was not good at all. The Mac n cheese was pretty flavorless (4/10). Maitake wings had a perfect texture and they were good but the buffalo sauce was like a little sweet? (6/10). The white bean and asparagus ravioli were delicious (8/10). We also ordered a brownie sundae which was pretty good (7/10). Likely would not return but I appreciate the concept of them donating profits. Also, our waiter had a bit of an attitude.

Great spot for dinner before a show - Edit
Came here for dinner before a broadway show as the theater was on the same block. Food was delicious and service was great. Would definitely come back, especially for the lasagna.

Lovely vegan spot in NYC - Edit
Fantastic vegan menu. Everything sounded so good. We were there for brunch. We had the tofu wrap and the PS Breakfast (tofu scramble, portobello steak, spinach, and corn muffins). The breakfast platter was delicious! Especially the smoky portobello! My husband liked his wrap. We thought for the price that it should have come with a side.

Good food, nice place. - Edit
I enjoyed my meal here this week. I had the Black & Bleu burger, fries and a tiramisu to finish it off. I feel like I would have enjoyed the meal more if I was able to order some apps to bring in other flavors but I was by myself so there’s only so much I can eat….
Read moreCame here many years ago and have a vague memory of being blown away by the menu and food. I didn’t get that feeling this time around but it was still fully enjoyable and that may have just been memory playing tricks on me.
Excellent location if you’re in mid-town.
Nice staff and atmosphere.

Pricey but tasty - Edit
We ordered the soup of the day (corn chowder), chicken sandwich, Caesar salad with chicken, and the potato salad side. Everything was delicious and I would come back to try more of the menu for sure. It was not cheap: $13 for a side of potato salad! But I’m a sucker for potato salad and this one was one of the best I’ve ever had. Pretty standard recipe but really good.
Read moreRestaurant is super cute and right by many theaters in the area. I only gave it 4 stars because the service was slow and not great for an upscale restaurant. We didn’t get our drinks until after our food came out. Took a while to settle our check.
Pros: Great tasting food, Nice menu. , Great potato salad
Cons: Service is mediocre

Upscale vegan in theater district - Edit
Second time here. Agree with other reviewer that entrees are a little too based on processed meats, but I had the smoked tofu salad and it was good—though nothing super special. That said, totally worth the trip here for cocktails (I had the smoked pear mezcal) and the tiramisu is AMAZING. Will be back just for this—with non-vegan friends. Incredible, and I’m not usually a dessert person.

Lovely late lunch, just walk-in on a Friday. Caesar Salad was delicious to share for two. Lots of choices but heavy on the manufactured proteins. Go with soup and salad and apps if you’re not into impossible, beyond, and chunk.

Quality vegan food near Times Square - Edit
This vegan restaurant is a must-visit in the area, as many reviews suggest. I recommend making reservations, especially during busy times. The atmosphere is cosy, and the staff were very friendly. They guided us through the menu, which can be a bit overwhelming due to the many great options available.
Read moreWe decided to try the Maitake Mushroom Wings, Golden Corn Chowder Soup, Black 'n Bleu Burger, and Pot Pie (sorry, no photos of pot pie or burger). The food was delicious and filling. Although it's on the pricier side, we didn't mind since the profits go to charity. We will definitely be returning!

Fantastic french toast - Edit
French toast made with good bread that doesn’t fall apart. Came with whipped cream that went great with it. Bbq burger was messy, but not great. Bun not of good quality and got soft and mushy very fast. Bbq sauce also didn’t taste great. Good coffee and ambiance.

Love wins! - Edit
Was thrilled to find a 100% vegan restaurant near the Gershwin Theater after I scored a ticket to Wicked. Turned out to be the cutest place with a peaceful yet fun vibe. Everything bathed in a soothing pink light.
Read moreI had the Brussels sprouts app and then the Marsala steak with mashed potatoes and spinach. Everything was delicious and nicely presented. All the servers were courteous and friendly and didn’t rush me in the slightest even though I had a table to myself and was dining solo. Also they had a really good local IPA on tap.
When the check came, I saw that they donate ALL profits to charitable organizations! I couldn’t believe it!
If only there were more such businesses— what a wonderful world it would be…
Pros: Great food, Groovy atmosphere , Kindness in action

Peach Cobbler Stole the Show! - Edit
Love the meal! Love the mission!
Read moreEveryone in our party (vegan and non) enjoyed a delicious lunch, but the peach cobbler dessert stole the show. Be sure to order it with the vanilla ice cream!
This restaurant has a light and charming ambiance. Our server was helpful and prompt. They were also spinning great 80s alternative tunes when we were there.
Highly recommend. This was the best meal we had on our NYC vacation. (Tip: wolk up 8th Avenue to get there. NOT 7th or Broadway)!
Pros: Peach Cobbler: sweet, gooey, with cinnamon crust, Supports social causes with their profits, Vegan Ravioli (a rare treat!)
Cons: Wish they had vegetable juices, too.

Ver pleasantly surprised! - Edit
I was not expecting much from a restaurant in Midtown that I picked on a whim, but I am so thankful that this place exists amidst the Broadway theaters. I picked up dinner last minute after a show and was so pleasantly surprised by the quality. I ordered the my Taki wings And the chicken Caesar wrap. The wings were so crispy, even after walking back to the hotel, and the portion was huge. The Caesar dressing on the wrap did not have a lot of flavor, but the chicken itself and the construction of the wrap was great. I would definitely go back.

Delicious food, great mission! - Edit
I always love vegan places because they have so much passion not only their food, but for the world in general. The spot is among the best of the best! Also, chicken pot pies were one of my favorite foods as a kid and it was so amazing to taste it again here.
