They do a platter for two at the moment with a wide assortment of different flavours and textures, all very good, and a fair few other meat replacement-oriented dishes; I shared a salmon imitator made from carrot and my partner couldn't stomach it because it was too accurate. More for me, I suppose. She found everything else superb though and we went back a second time with relish.

Read moreThe place seems to be very much frequented, so it can be rather loud inside. If that doesn't bother you, it is a hip café/restaurant, where you can have breafast and lunch.
I had the vegan burger, which was fine, but nothing to exciting. But my company had the daily menu, which was homemade beetroot hummus, pumpkin and mixed mushrooms (out of the oven) with pancakes. The hummus was tasty, but the pumpkin with a seasoning of which I don't know what it was, was umami heaven.
My personal favourite was the served Kombucha (noush cha) flavoured with bloodorange and star-anis. That was the most exciting fermented kombucha I have tasted so far. The afttertaste was so close to eating some very long hung ham - maybe serrano, I am not sure. A nice sidefact is, that the Kombucha is handcrafted in Maastricht itself, so you cannot have it more local. Only sad for me, that it is not so likely to get another taste of it too soon.

This place is not even vegan but the major part of their menu is. They have plenty of very original dishes. We got the savory French toast with whipped feta that was DELICIOUS and the oatmeal sausages that were also great.Coffees and juice are good. Service is fast. If I would live in Maastricht I would go more often.

If I lived in Maastricht this would be my go to breakfast/brunch place. It’s was really good. They have done a full refurb and the space is calm, modern and stylish. The food is very good. I had the breakfast tacos and they were tasty, fresh and now I want more. My partner had the açai bowl and enjoyed it. Very kind and friendly staff who sent us on our way with little chocolates which were addictive.

Good food but go on a day that is not busy because the service has been bad whenever I go on a Friday or on the weekend. The acoustics are also really bad so when is full it's really noisy.

Am liebsten mag ich hier die Pfannkuchengerichte. Sowohl die süßen als auch die herzhaften sind große Klasse und auch sehr große Portionen zu einem angemessenen Preis! Das Ambiente ist auch sehr schön; drinnen die Sofas, draußen die Altstadt. Die Smoothies sind auch sehr zu empfehlen! Die Kellner sind zuweilen etwas zerstreut und ungeschickt, machen das aber mit Humor wieder wett.

Wij zijn hier terug gekomen omdat wij het zo lekker vonden! Het restaurant is gelegen inner hartje van het centrum, in de buurt van het water. Het restaurant zelf zit iedere keer bomvol, waardoor er erg veel sfeer is. De vegan opties op de menukaart zijn gigantisch. Heel veel is homemade, zo ook de falafel en deze was heerlijk!
