Casado Vegano - Edit
Soo happy we happened upon this place. The staff are incredibly hospitable and there’s a cute little cafe attached.

Vegan option - Edit
There were 2 vegan options (a burger or an entree). I had the Casado entree that had rice, beans, broccoli, plantains, salad and a crunchy patty made out of flour. It was hearty, flavorful, and fulfilling. Thank you to the staff for being knowledgeable about the vegan options. They even made us a vegan horchata upon request. Thank you

Flavors! - Edit
I got the vegan casado, an iced chai and a vegan pastry. Everything was so delicious. The casado was the most flavorful one I've had since being in CR. The restaurant is located in a 250 year old house too so its really beautiful.

The best Casado I’ve ever had! - Edit
As locals who come to Liberia often, this place has become my new go-to for lunch! They serve a big plate full of food when you order the veg Casado and it comes with a salad, 3 plátanos, steamed veggies (not frozen nasty tasting ones) rice beacons and even a quinoa patty for 3000c!! I’ve gone to so many places and They only offer rice and beach with plátanos and max a salad. The best casado by far!!!

Tasty vegan options - Edit
There are a few things on the menu that are vegan or can be made vegan. I got the veggie casado which comes with the quinoa and lentil patty which is yummy! Its a great plate of food, very tasty and filling and a really decent price. The staff were really lovely and the decor is very nice too.

Delicious vegan platter - Edit
Multiple vegetarian/vegan options but we loved the Casado Vegetariano which is actually vegan. Came with rice, beans, salad, plantains, and a quinoa/lentil patty. Delicious and a great way to experience local cuisine!

Delicious typical breakfast - Edit
The house is a old colonial house, so it has his out charm. The staff is really welcoming and friendly. In the menu there are no specific vegan plates, but I asked for the executive breakfast without the eggs and cheese and they gave me a vegan substitute lf quinoa patty and some fresh advocado. It was fullfilling and the fried bannana were the best I have tasted in Costa rica.
