Cocina consciente a las brasas

Pook es un lugar verdaderamente increíble. La decoración , la palapa, la cocina abierta , las bebidas y sobre todo la deliciosa comida.
Los alimentos son preparados por manos mágicas , la comida es 100% mexicana
Probé los desayunos , tienen unos molletes con queso vegano hecho en casa y el menú de comidas probé la coliflor a las brasas con un mole blanco a base de piñón y aceite de coco.
Tienen opciones vegetarianas y veganas.
No manejan nada de carne.
Restaurante ampliamente recomendado.

Gourmet Vegetarian/Vegan Food in Playa del Carmen, 100% grilled!

New amazing Vegetarian/Vegan restaurant serving amazing dishes & drinks. Outstanding plant based dishes like the grilled Cauliflower served with white Mole made out of Pine nut and butter (vegan option with coconut oil), Homemade Huitlacoche Tamales, amazing Bean Soup made out of Mole de Tizne. Great drinks like Guanabana, Maracuya Elixir with an optional Mezcal Shot! Great Drinks, great music, great food, amazing looking place! Highly Recommended

Pros: Amazing place, spacious, free WiFi, Breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner , Everything is grilled, Fire cooking.
