Nicely presented, healthy options - Edit
The build your own menu has mushroom as protein but tofu and beans can be added as extras. There is a lot of choice of different ingredients. It is also a good option in Wan Chai as it is open a bit later than some other local places.

Plenty of options to be built - Edit
As they offer build your own bowl you can create plenty of vegan options. They also have two vegan sauces, I would just prefer them to be clearly labeled. Their lunch menu has clear sign of vegan dish and they should add it to the whole menu.
