nice vegan pinsa - Edit
I don’t know the difference between this and a pizza as the dough reminded me of selfmade pizza (and was delicious).
Read moreI was looking for a good tasting vegan pizza and Stuttgart and I would say I found it. The vegan mozzarella is quite good.
Staff is helpful and friendly. And you can build your own style by adding extras (can get pricey though if you take the vegan pinsa with a few extra items). My pinsa was 17,40€, what i would consider ok. And it was enough for me.
You can also veganize the vegetarian pizzas by replacing the cheese by vegan cheese (this costs 3€ extra).
You can have chili oil and garlic oil with the pinsa.
Will definitely try the other styles like vegan bolognese etc

I tried the vegan Bolognese pizza. The dough and crust are amazing, and for their own sake with the experience. The Bolognese was more about the capers, but that was fine with me (hardly any mince meat shape or taste to be detected)

Read morePinsa Manufaktur offers a lot of vegan options, even with vegan mozzarella, sour cream and bolognese sauce.
Many of the veggie topped Pinsas are vegan or can be made vegan as well, just ask!
We enjoyed four different variations, which were all delicious.
They all were between 9-11 €, not huge in size, but not too small either and very good quality.
They also offer sweet versions of their Pinsa-Dough with cinnamon, banana etc.
Will definitely come again and check out all the other vegan versions :-)

Es gibt keine Worte um die leckere Pinsa zu beschreiben ihr müsst euch selber überzeugen. Geschmacklich ist es ein Traum, alles ist super abgestimmt. Die Speisekarte lässt keine Wünsche offen es ist für jeden Geschmack was dabei. Selbst Vegane Alternativen, die ich auch natürlich getestet habe. Wir hatten zu unseren Pinsa einen Beilagensalat, der genau so super lecker war. Unbedingt auch die Desserts ausprobieren. Wir werden Stammkunden. Und nicht zu vergessen ist der exzellente Service, das Personal ist super aufmerksam und mega freundlich, sowas habe ich in Deutschland selten erlebt. Hier fühlt man sich willkommen. Vielen Dank und weiterhin viel Erfolg.
