Rustic and Charming Café - Edit
I am surrounded by natural wooden tables, walls and cabinets as dried herbs hang from long wooden rods and the balcony, and herbal and other teas in glass airtight jars and other natural products are featured.

My lemonade was tangy and sweet with flowers and mint leaves on top.
The carrot and nut pierogi was too heavy and greasy for my taste. They seem to be pan-fried. I would have preferred them steamed and a thinner shell.
I will stick with the drinks next time.

Pijalnia Zioł, a charming spot for a relaxing herbal tea experience, offers a array of vegan and gluten-free options. The lentil pâté with plum and warm plum pudding with crumble were absolute highlights during my first visit. On another occasion I also tried Kartacze Podlaskie and the oatmeal dessert with strawberry mousse, they were also okay but I would suggest to go for the first two because they were heavenly! Peaceful little place with vegan and gluten free options! - Edit
I was positively surprised about the amount of choice for a vegan/gluten free person.
Read moreI’ve tried their celery soup which was delicious and packed with sunflower and pumpkin seeds.
Next I had their vegan pate with carrot and beetroot salads as sides. The pate in itself was fresh and tender and very well spiced.
For a dessert I had plum pudding with almonds and semolina. It was really yummy and not sweet at all. Just perfect.
My drink of choice was herbal tea happy mood and I have also done some shopping at a really reasonable price. There is much to choose from. This place is definitely worth a visit, as an ambience and decor are so soft and peaceful and staff is well informed and patient!

Pijalnia Ziół to nie tylko miejsce, gdzie można wypić jeden z niezliczonych naparów ziołowych, czy kaw - zbożowych, naturalnych, z ziołami itd. Można też zjeść pyszne słodkości i coś na wytrawnie - dania inspirowane kuchnią podlaską. Wystrój przywodzi na myśl chatkę zielarki zagubioną w środku puszczy. Jazzowa muzyczka sączy się delikatnie z głośników, tworząc atmosferę relaksu. Wchodząc miedzy półki w części sklepowej masz szansę na doświadzenie syndromu osiołka - wybór produktów jest tak bogaty, że procesy decyzyjne mogą ulec zawieszeniu na dłuższą chwilę. No i - last but not least - przemiły i pomocny personel. Będę często wracać.

It is a nice place with loads of herbs and tea. They have some veggie juices in big boxes and recently added some vegan deserts to they offer!
