Worth a visit

Although this place is not vegan, they have enough vegan items on the menu that we weren’t able to try them all. Vegan items are clearly marked on the menu. My partner and I tried the Pig & Tiger salad, charred broccoli, mapo tofu, and cold sesame noodle. Everything was delicious. The salad had a tasty kick to it. I wasn’t sure I would like the sesame noodles because they are served cold, but this was actually really good as well. The veggies gave it a good crunch. Our favorite dish was the charred broccoli, very savory—I wanted to lick the plate. We will definitely be coming back here to try the vegan dumplings.

Cons: Would be nice to have vegan chili wontons

Incredible Spot

It’s rare to go somewhere and have each dish be excellent across the flavors, textures, and balance of the meal but Pig & Tiger does that perfectly.

In addition to the fantastic food, the service was superb, and the menu is clearly marked for vegans.

I’m adding this to my list of favorites in Denver and would highly recommend.
