Good options, big portions, solid food - Edit
There are limited vegan options in this area so it’s a good find. I came for lunch, clearly marked vegan options on the menu and a knowledgeable staff about when vegan means. There are two main vegan plates - stir fry tofu and lemongrass tofu. I tried the stir fry tofu with vegan fries rice and my friend tried the lemongrass tofu. We both really enjoyed our meals.

You Had Me At Mushrooms - Edit
My body was craving something simple, hydrating and nourishing after being sick this past weekend. There are two pho places pretty close together near my home and I chose Pho Street Cafe because 1) It’s new and I’ve never been 2) because this restaurant had mushrooms as one of their ingredients whereas the other restaurant had no mushrooms at all. Winner, winner pho for dinner! I ordered their Vegan Pho (broth, carrots, broccoli, king oyster mushrooms all the usual suspects: thinly sliced white onion, bean sprouts, basil, chopped green onions and I think chopped cilantro), extra broth ($3 upcharge), steamed edamame and their vegetable potstickers. It was all phenomenal, especially the potstickers. Next time, I’ll request more broccoli vs carrots but other than that I would change nothing about my order. I will certainly make this my go-to pho place!
