Okay in a pinch - Edit

I’ve been here a few times because it is the only Vietnamese place in a reasonable distance from me.

The rice plates are a little greasy, but the tofu is nice and crispy. The mushroom vegan pho broth wasn't good for my taste and had a strong bamboo flavor. The fresh rolls were good, but I wasn't a fan of the raw mushroom in them.

One time I went, the waitress kindly substituted soy milk in the iced coffee for condensed milk and it was delicious. However, the next time I went back and tried to order it again, a different waitress said it wasn’t possible.

Oftentimes there’s a long wait.

I ordered the vegan pho with mushrooms & bamboo shoots, it was wonderful and reasonably priced.

Pros: Large portion, Lots of add-ins (onion, basil, jalapeños, sprouts)

Cons: Inconvenient parking

Great food and quick service. I had the vegan fried spring rolls and tofu banh mi (vegan without the mayo) and both were very fresh and yummy. Saved me in a pinch when Harmony was unexpectedly closed but I would go back.

SERVED ME PORK - Edit

DO NOT COME HERE!!!!! I just got carry out with my family and they gave us pork summer rolls instead of the tofu ones we ordered. Everything in the order was vegan and we also noted we were vegan. Sadly we didn’t find out until two of us had taken a bite, luckily we both realised and spit it out but it was very traumatic. I have never had a restaurant accidentally serve me meat.

I have come here probably once a month for the last year or so but am TERRIFIED to come back.

Pros: Vegan options

Cons: Served me pork in my vegan order, Doesn’t know what vegan is, Poisons vegans
