pandan latte and waffle! - Edit
i love pandan and vietnamese coffee, was THRILLED to find this shop when i moved to seattle. the latte is so good, but the pandan waffle is even better! get it with peanut butter chips! the owner makes his own nondairy sweetened condensed milk, and you can even buy a jar of it for yourself. this is without a doubt my favorite coffee shop

Lots of drinks and no extra charge for oat milk! Pandan waffle and viet coffee are so good and the interior is really cute. The owners modeled the shop after their parents cafe in Saigon
