Wonderful Bakery - Edit
Zebulon is a famed vegan bakery in one of the most poppin areas of Montreal. They specialize in a variety of desserts and pastries and everything inside was clearly made with quality and care.
Read moreI tried their Hojicha Etagé and it was one of the softest tea cakes I have ever had. It wasn't too sweet either which is a win in my books. My friend also went to try their Croissant which was good but not exactly like what you'd expect from it's not plant-based counterpart.
I'd definitely like to come back to this bakery in the future.

Fancy pastries - Edit
Really unique pastries that I haven’t seen anywhere else. We came as a group and ordered a bit of everything to share. All the pastries I tried were delicious, and quite dense/filling.

Strikingly beautiful and delicious - Edit
For some reason it took me forever to make it here. Part of that was that it was never open when I was thinking of it, and part was that when I passed by I was usually on my way somewhere else, and it didn’t seem the right time to stop for a fancy pastry. I finally checked them out when I ordered my Bouches de Noel from them this last year, and also picked up a treat for myself that day. The

I will now make it a priority to go by more often, and will order for special occasions!

Tout simplement délicieux ! - Edit

Fancy pastries - Edit
I love that they have fancy pastries that you can't taste anywhere else. I enjoy trying 2-3 of their individual portion cakes and share them if I am in the area (picking up Ohana Sushi), but I wouldn't do a detour. If you are in the area, stop and try them.

Excellent vegan pâtisserie - Edit
Nice selection of vegan pastries and desserts, all very aesthetic and refined. The blueberry lemon cheesecake was great - very mellow flavor, not too sweet, smooth mousse filling with crunchy base. I'd love to come back to try some of their other offerings.

This place has the best vegan croissants in Montreal. Lots of choices of pastries and drinks.

A treat for the mouth and the eyes - Edit
Small vegan bakery featuring a variety of cakes and sweet treats. It’s on the high end of prices, but there is a nice variety and everything is vegan. They also have artisanal vegan chocolate bars (including white chocolate), for $16/bar.
Read moreTheir vegan tiramisu is very delicious and I find it worth the price ($5.50) every now and then. The creme brûlée brioche ($4.50) is also a very nice treat.
Their cakes have an amazing presentation (so do the other treats) and would be a wow factor at a party.
Pros: All vegan, Close to the subway station, good variety and presentation
Cons: pricey

Cute little hole in the wall vegan bakery 🧁 - Edit
This place was so cute! A small little hole in the wall that I did not expect to be 100% vegan. They had lots of little vegan pastries, but we really came for the vegan croissants. There was a mini waffle taster they gave us. The croissant was very good paired with an oat latte. It’s hard to find good barista coffee in Canada, but this was one of the best coffees I’ve had since coming back to Canada. The guy who served us was absolutely lovely. Go get your vegan croissants and pastries here! 🥐 🥮

Had a couple of the cakes and cookies, all delicious tasting. Clearly a lot of thought has gone into their preparation and presentation, which makes them great to bring home for dessert.

My friend and I came here, sadly as they were closing. We shared a brownie and it was so tasty! The brownie seemed to be sandwiched between two layers of 'biscuit', which was really interesting, I've not had that before. Added a different texture.
