De bonnes pâtisseries dans un lieu sympa - Edit
Le lieu est immense. Nous y sommes allés un dimanche après midi et il restait encore 4 ou 5 pâtisseries, 4 ou 5 types de cookies et des viennoiseries. Les goûts sont originaux. Néanmoins les pâtisseries sont plutôt simples et assez cheres.

All-vegan pâtisserie. The croissants were good but not particularly light or fluffy. If you arrive in their lunch hour (11-15:00), they have a few sandwich options. The jackfruit was delicious.

Zebulon is safely one of the best bakeries/patisseries around. When we say around, we mean around the world. We travel for work and haven't found a place quite like it. From berry tarts to cheesecake, from tiramisu to decadent chocolate gateaus, from almond croissant to delicate matcha cake. Every piece is a mini work of art to delight in. We also fell in love with their superb savoury options. From 1100-1500 you can indulge in a creamy chickpea curry sandwich or a little pizza with home made cashew cheese. Here you will find no loud signs and no overbearing menus. The place feels like a crisp and spacious refuge from the bustle of the city where the artisanal creations speak for themselves.

This place is truly a heaven for dessert and pastry lovers! There are so many options - I was honestly fascinated just looking at the display.
Read moreWe also tried their wraps, and they were so fresh, and absolutely delicious. It’s nice to see a place that does both sweet and savory so well.
As for the desserts, we tried two flavors: mango and strawberry. Both were tasty, but the strawberry one stole the show for me.
Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the mood to treat yourself!

I can't believe this place exists. It is unbelievable. We came here years ago when it was a tiny shop with a few options. Today it is huge with a wide selection. We got three pastries, three cookies, two muffins...all of it has been out of this world. I would come back to Montreal just to come here again. Truly a few notches above every other vegan bakery I've ever been to.

Zebulon is a famed vegan bakery in one of the most poppin areas of Montreal. They specialize in a variety of desserts and pastries and everything inside was clearly made with quality and care.
Read moreI tried their Hojicha Etagé and it was one of the softest tea cakes I have ever had. It wasn't too sweet either which is a win in my books. My friend also went to try their Croissant which was good but not exactly like what you'd expect from it's not plant-based counterpart.
I'd definitely like to come back to this bakery in the future.

Part of that was that it was never open when I was thinking of it, and part was that when I passed by I was usually on my way somewhere else, and it didn’t seem the right time to stop for a fancy pastry. Toutes leurs pâtisseries sont délicieuses, entre autre leur cookie ultime, le tiramisu, les tartelettes, et j’en passe.. Ça fait 2 fois qu’on commande le gâteau classique fruité et c’est le meilleur que j’ai mangé, tout le monde a adoré ! Impossible de ressortir avec une seule pâtisserie, vous aurez envi de tout acheter. Je recommande fortement.

I love that they have fancy pastries that you can't taste anywhere else. I enjoy trying 2-3 of their individual portion cakes and share them if I am in the area (picking up Ohana Sushi), but I wouldn't do a detour. If you are in the area, stop and try them.

Nice selection of vegan pastries and desserts, all very aesthetic and refined. The blueberry lemon cheesecake was great - very mellow flavor, not too sweet, smooth mousse filling with crunchy base. I'd love to come back to try some of their other offerings.
