Good Italian Restaurant with Separate Vegan Menu

We had the vegan margarita pasta with linguine, a side salad and bread. They understand vegan and I'm sure they would answer questions and make accommodations. The bread was great and they supplied olive oil and balsamic vinegar with it. Overall, not great, but better than most Italian restaurants we go to.

Also, they have a covered outside seating area with great views of the nearby mountains in Moab.
