Delicious food - Edit
We were walking past and noticed the food here is fully plant based. So we decided to give it a go. The restaurant was super empty just us there but the food was delicious and it wasn’t expensive either. Definitely worth a visit we tried the seitan and it was super yumm 😋

Plenty of hearty choices - Edit
We skipped the movie and enjoyed a tasty lunch on the restaurant balcony. Paraisse had a fully vegan menu with a wide variety of options. The staff was very knowledgeable and able to easily accommodate for food allergies and offer alternatives.
Read moreWe would rate everything we had 4⭐️ for taste and 5⭐️ for portion size: the spaghetti carbonara, the burrito, the golden mushroom starter, the potato wedges, and the cinnamon spice ginger beer.
For an easy, reasonably-priced, non-pretentious, and filling vegan meal, this place is a good option among the many we’ve tried in Ubud.

Good option for international vegan food - Edit
It was sad that we were the only people in the restaurant the entire time we were there. The nori rolls were good, seitan burger was tasty, and the tacos weren't bad (hard to eat, cheese was a little weird). Ginger beer was a ginger explosion, which I kinda liked. Prices expensive for Ubud. Lovely patio seating on second floor.

The only good thing was the chocolate triangle - Edit
The chocolate cake was so so good, delicious!
Read moreWe had the cinema for 75 000 (25000 the ticket 50000 to spend in food) but the sweet popcorn wasn’t sweet at all, and the Vitamin juice had something very strange in it, we couldn’t finish it
The cinema room is very nice, confortable, perfect for a nice afternoon!
Pros: Chocolate triangle 10/10
Cons: Juices not good, Popcorn not sweet

Lovely cinema and extensive vegan menu - Edit
We enjoyed an afternoon at this cinema. For the price of 75k we could watch the film, and 50k of this could then go to our food/drinks. Although pricier, the food on the menu was delicious. Great day out!

Best for dessert - Edit
Large assortment of cakes and similar confections. Tried a few, all very good indeed, if a bit expensive. Savory offerings were less impressive. They do some seitan dishes, which is great. Place is frequented by foreign residents rather than just tourists.

Perfect! - Edit
I love Paradiso! I try to go there as often as possible when I‘m in Ubud. They play older as well as current movies. The big popcorn bowl is HUGE! You pay 75k entrance and get a 50k voucher for the food & drinks. 😍 the cinema itself is so cosy, never seen a cinema like that before.😄

Vegan cinema! - Edit
The worlds first vegan cinema! Offering vegan food to be delivered to your sofa or armchair whilst you watch a film courtesy of the Earth Cafe. Wide menu range from salads and wraps to burgers and curries. You can also order juices and smoothies. The price of your ticket is reimbursed so you have credit to use at the cafe. Movie schedule changes daily and includes documentaries and arty films. A must experience if you’re in the area!
