Favorite Restaurant in Cusco! - Edit
We have been here a few times, and it’s one of the only restaurants in Cusco that we want to keep returning to. The maki rolls are amazing! There is a great vegan shop in the courtyard that sells soy yogurt (great with mangos!) One evening, there was a quartet performing. Joyful food in a joyful space!

Must visit in Cuzco! - Edit
We went here about 3/4 times in our 3/4 days in Cuzco 😂♥️ It is such a nice garden to hang out. Either for just a kombucha, a small plate to share or a full meal. The people are very nice, they have authentic vegan Peruvian food and there is a cool art shop & vegan shop attached to the garden. We didn’t take photo’s of the food because we ate it too fast. Loved the salchipapa’s with seitan and the vegan grill.

Good lunch but skip dessert - Edit
We had a quick bite here and enjoyed it a lot. Falafel with hummus was excellent and the Vietnamese rolls were good. We had desserts as well which ended up being a big disappointment... The brownie and chocolate cake were very dry and the carrot cake tasted like nothing. So I would skip the desserts! Many people had the menu of the day around us and it looked absolutely delish and portion sizes were huge.

The BEST! - Edit
This was one of the most wonderful meals I have had while traveling. Both the food & smoothie were delicious! The showcasing of local vegan products was also impressive & important to the message of community & veganism

Cusco Vegan Restaurant - Edit
Tried Parada Vegan twice while I was in Cusco since it was really close to my hotel. Once I went for dinner and then for brunch and both were great! For dinner I tried the Seifu Burger & Tres Leches and for brunch the High Protein Breakfast Plate & Mango Passionfruit Smoothie. The service was very good and my server was very patient with me while I tried my best to speak and order in Spanish. Their outdoor patio is adorable and the vibes are immaculate here. Highly recommend if you're in Cusco!!

I loved the summer rolls and the maki here (although no wasabi?!). The pumpkin soup was nice but nothing special. The passionfruit and ginger drink was amazing. Also the desserts here are a must. The passionfruit pie was my fave.

Really enjoyed the food here. Only took off one star for service/vibe. We were sitting at a table in the dark/ cold at night. Waitress actually ran out after we ordered dessert. Definitely try the tres leches cake.

Great food & lovely atmosphere! - Edit
This was our first vegan food stop in Cusco and it was so nice to see it’s an ethical vegan place. The atmosphere is really nice and relaxed, with a vegan store and awesome art place in the same plaza! I thought the skewer dish was fantastic, as was the tres leches cake. Also really enjoyed the hot coco. Didn’t like the mushroom pasta dish, unfortunately. Overall I’m excited to go back!

Great option in Cusco - Edit
I don’t know what they put in their smoothies but the mango passion fruit one was to die for! The seitan burger was also delicious, would definitely get that again. Was a little disappointed by the fries & sausage starter, didn’t love the taste of the vegan sausage but that’s no fault of theirs.

I have enjoyed every meal I've tried here! The food is beautifully presented and just as delicious as it looks. I love that they also have a glass case with a selection of desserts! This vegan restaurant has everything, including a vegan grocery store and a clothing store inside. This restaurant is one of my favorites in Cusco. ❤️🥰😍

Unlucky disappointment? - Edit
After reading so many great reviews we had to go and try it out. It started on the wrong foot with the incorrect order and no apologies. The pasta pesto (incorrect order) was below average and the lomo was ok. The desserts looked super good but ended up a bigger disappointment. We tried the Moka cake which was flavourless and dried. Even the drinks were below average.

What a wonderful place! - Edit
This is the only vegan shop I've found in Cusco, and it's really close to the main square!! It sells lots of products, including fresh bread which tastes amazing. It also sells beyond meat as well as other mock-meats, which I haven't found in other stores in Cusco. What a wonderful resource for Cusco vegans!!

Amazing food for a fair price - Edit
Very spacious restaurant with a cool vibe. We ordered the parrilla and it was huge, enough for two people to share. For dessert, the tres leches cake was a dream come true! Big slice, sweet, moist, absolutely delicious! An amazing meal and since we shared everything it was not expensive.
