Super spicy noodles - Edit
The restaurant is hidden in an alley, and there is little waiting outside, but they serve you hot tea during your wait time.
Read moreThere was a very kind waitress who helped us make our order and even taught us how to prepare and eat it, which facilitated the experience.
There is only one vegan dish that consists of dry noodles and mung beans, but be careful, the "slightly spicy" option is super spicy. I am mexican and eat spicy food and this was even too spicy for me so beware.
Overall it had very good flavor just be wise when choosing level of spice.
Pros: Excellent service, Nice place, Good flavor

Funny chain with 1 vegan option - Edit
It's a funny chain that serves spicy noodles. I had the noodles with peas (labelled as vegan on Menu) but also showed my "vegan passport" to be safe. Was delicious. Alternatively there's a lot of Malatang restaurants in the hutongs where vegan options are easier.
