Tasty, nutritious & healthy - Edit
Pane Nostro is the first certified organic bakery in Palma, using always ecological, 100% wholemeal and mostly local ingredients. I know the bakery since many years and they consistently offer high quality products. Plant-based options are marked, additionally there’s one young gentleman, who is vegan himself, making sure to explain thoroughly what each offer is made of. We really loved the taste of the flax crackers with traditional "xeixa" flour of the island, as well as the thick crust and fluffy crumb of the brown rice sourdough bread rolls with lentil or buckwheat flour. I equally enjoy their apple nut muffins, Mallorcan almond "turrón" or chocolate buckwheat coins.
