Good Pancakes, seemed a bit overpriced - Edit
The location of this restaurant is great, and there might be a queue. Vege/Vegan options are available on a separate menu. The savoury vegan pancake with vegetables and its sauce was good, but a bit overpriced.

Not good at all - Edit
Way too expensive for what you get. You also pay an extra 2 euro for requesting vegan pancakes (per pancake). You need to pay for all toppings separate and they cost 2 to 4 euros each. For the lemon and sugar, the lemon slices is not enough to flavour the pancakes. Maple syrup tastes like syrup and not really maple and it’s very dear.

At least they have a vegan option - Edit
Get a plain vegan pancake. You'll be able to add sugar or maple syrup on your own (they are available on your table) rather than paying 15€ for a pancake with sugar and two lemon pieces.
Read moreVery expensive for what it is. But it has a nice ambiance and the pancakes taste ok. The vegan hot chocolate was good.
They gave us a cute keychain.

It’s good but a little overpriced - Edit
Compared for what you get for your money I find it a little expensive. The taste was good and you can chose vegan options on a extra menu where you can also build your own pancake. vegan options are limited.

Tasty & huge portion - Edit
Needed somewhere close to Amsterdam Centraal for breakfast before our train & this fit the bill. As others have said, the choice was limited but at least that saved me the dilemma of what to choose! Being more of a savoury than a sweet kinda girl, I went for the spinach, onion, mushroom, tomato & pesto option - it was a bit greasy but tasty & huge. Ashamed to say I ate it all but I had been up for 5 hours by then without food…Bit pricy but that’s central Amsterdam for you

Delicious pancakes but limited vegan options - Edit
Tasty pancakes (we got the vegan veggie pancakes with peppers, pesto, mushrooms and leek) but there were only two vegan pancake options - one sweet and one savoury. Make sure to ask for the other menu, which also has gluten-free options. The kitchen is very careful with dietary requirements and put a Dutch flag in your food so you know it's from the other menu.

Ok - Edit
I had the veggie pancake. Good, but nothing special. A pancake with spinach, onion and paprika and some guacamole dip on the side. The vegan food are ordered from an own menu, and your food gets served with a token to show that it actually is vegan. Quite touristy, pricy and packed.

Would not return :/ - Edit
A little overhyped and overpriced but worth it for the experience. Me and my friend both enjoyed our pancakes. However, also, not many vegan options (the special diets menu was mainly just gluten free stuff) so just a lil warning you *won’t* be spoilt for choice😒

A bit slow service, and expensive for what you get. But if you havent tried dutch pancakes before, this is definitely a place to try the vegan version.
Pros: Clearly labeled, Good flavors

Vegane Dutch Pancakes - Edit
Guter Dutch Pancake, Guter Oatly Hafer Latte. Bedienung langsam, keine Organisation, neben uns X falsche Bestellungen also als Veganerin komme ich hierher weil sie halt die vegane Option anbieten aber nicht wegen des Restaurants

Too expensive for what you get - Edit
There is a separate menu for vegan, gluten free and lactose free versions, but there are not a lot of vegan options at all. I tried a Dutch pancake with jam and banana, it was good, but not outstanding and waaaaay too expensive for what it is. Some toppings are not vegan while they could easily be, like the chocolate sauce. A little disappointing.

Look for the green coin - Edit
Was it worth our wait? I think so. This allowed us to try something different, Dutch pancakes.
Read moreWe had about ten people in front of us in line. It went fairly quickly about a half hour. Plenty seating available inside.
From pervious posts we were told they have a vegan menu, staff kind of looked at us strangely (as most people do when you say vegan) but came with a menu showing different options
We ordered
veggie: zucchini • spinach • onion • paprika • pesto & create-your-own Dutch pancake with bananas
GREEN Coins are placed on Vegan Vegetarian dishes to signify a special dish.
Flavors were great. Adding pesto to the veggie one was perfect.
Hidden non-food find….. Journey downstairs above the toilet see notes from visitors around the world.
Only complaint. It is expensive
Pros: Something new , English friendly , green coin designates plant based
Cons: EXPENSIVE

Always a queue… - Edit
…but worth going at least once. The vegan pancakes are very good. The savory pancakes were great and the availability of pesto as a sauce is inspired. Still, the add-on vegetable options for the savory pancakes could be expanded. And, adding options, including fruit or toppings, can really run up the cost. Drink options are a highlight, including fresh ginger/mint/lemon tea.

A few vegan options, I ate the delicious vegan veggie pancake. Ask for the vegan menue, there is an extra one. We tried to eat there twice, but left, because there were so many people waitig to be seated. Today we waited 15 minutes for a table.

Delicious pancakes and kids friendly. - Edit
I tried the veggies pancakes, which were great, and then a super delicious apple one. Make sure you ask for the special vegan menu. The staff is well trained in veganism and can help you out. I wish they would have more options and update the vegan ingredients.

Great pancakes! - Edit
Really enjoyed my pancakes. I came on two occasions - the first time I had the savoury pancake which was delicious. The second time I had the sweet pancake which was also very nice. I preferred the savoury though. There could be more vegan options but this hit my craving for pancakes. Make sure you have a coin on your pancake as that’s how they show you it’s vegan.
