The garden at the back is beautiful - a lovely quiet place to escape from the busy city. The staff are friendly and the food is really tasty! I especially liked the homemade lemonade and the green smoothie. I chose the LOVE bowl and it was delicious! Definitely recommend!

They offer breakfast, lunch menu, and Tapas, Bowl, Burger, Noodles for dinner as well as different types of homemade cakes.
Read moreWe sat outside in the little garden and had some Nachos and Empanadas as a starter and the Burger-Menu and Bowl as our main dish. The dessert was a cupcake and a berry cheesecake.
Everything was lovely prepared and super delicious.
The staff was also friendly and patient with us speaking only english.

This bistro/café does not advertise itself as vegan. It is not written anywhere that it's plant-based, which might be a positive thing because it attracts loads of people of different backgrounds that get a chance to try wonderful vegan cuisine!
Read moreFood is amazing, though expensive (for Czechs), but you know what you paying for. I specially love their breakfast and brunch, sometimes the portions are too small (waffles), but sometimes huge (omelette). Their cakes are amazing, too. You just want to try everything.
Their bookshelf is just amazing, so many books about veganism and other interesting stuff (also in English).
I also like their music!
Staff are not super friendly but ok.
Pros: Super tasty, Food styling, Awesome books!
Cons: Expensive, Sometimes small portions, I don't like the location

Yummy food with a cosy environment - Edit
This was my first visit to Palo Verde and I fell in love with it at the first sight. The interior is beautiful and it made me feel delighted. Even though the prices are above the average of Prague, I had a chance to experience the best pancakes in my life. It's definitely a great place if you want to meet with a friend by a cup of coffee and delicious food.

Obwohl das Palo Verde an einer stark befahrenen Straße liegt, hört man davon auf dem Innenhof so gut wie nix. Wenn ich das nächste mal in Prag bin, werde ich hier definitiv wieder einkehren.
A beautiful Restaurant also with delicious food. I ordered the Bowl and can highly recommend it. Though Palo Verde is located next to a busy road, you don't get disturbed by it when sitting in the backyard. Next time I'm in Prague I will definitly return.

The place is hip, clean, and the menu is changing by time of the day. Backyard is Beautifull and with plants they devided the yard so it feels private to sit there. The music was awefull and to loud. And listing to “last cristmas” in juli? No thanx. 🤪
