Delicious - Edit
We loved this place, it has a huge variety of dishes (all vegan I think). You can order tapas, breakfast, soup, burgers… Our recommentation is to ask for the pumpkin risotto and the red curry.

Modernes,gemütliches Restaurant - Edit
Kleines, gemütliches Restaurant direkt neben einem dazugehörigen Hotel. Beides vegan. Überschaubare Auswahl an Gerichten.

A great restaurant with a lovely, fresh, modern and friendly vibe. They have a very nice space when you enter the restaurant but you can also have a seperate place for a bigger group. So many options to choose from.

Excellent - Edit
It's probably the most expensive restaurant in Prague but that doesn't mean it's expensive or posh, rather you get what you pay for, which is excellent food. It's about the same price you'd pay for a meal in a normal Brussels vegan restaurant, only there the food would be much, much worse.
Read moreIt's also open for breakfast and has both sweet and savory options that are to die for. Just make sure to book a table before a meal, as it's extremely popular.
Pros: Excellent food

A cozy place with a range of vegan dishes. The homemade ravioli with ricotta filling were tasty, the lavender lemonade wasn‘t sweet enough for me.

Great Breakfast - Edit
We went here for breakfast and are very happy with the decision. There were many options from scrambled tofu with sausages to oatmeal. We tried the scrambled tofu, hot chocolate and the batch brew. Everything tasted great. We’re looking forward to come back and try the main dishes.

Loved everything about being there. The food was stellar, special highlight to the nachos and the Lasagna. The staff singing to Bon Jovi was the nicest plus I didn't know I needed.

Best breakfast spot in Prague! - Edit
The breakfasts here are amazing and I cannot recommend their cakes enough. Next time we're in Prague, we'd love to stay in the Hotel and also try their dinner options. The coffee is decent, though I'd stay clear of the Matcha next time. The staff are very friendly :)

Really nice - Edit
We came just before the closing and they served us really good, and didn’t hurry us up.
Read moreThe food is really good, I ordered lasagna and my mom ordered the mushroom ravioli, which she liked less because it was full on mushrummy and not mashed. I really liked my lasagna so good. Ate dessert afterwards vanilla cupcake and mom ordered a cakepop which was very good, also the coffee is very good.
The hibiscus drinks are sparkling which was less to our liking.
Overall really good experience.

Really good food - Edit
I ate here twice during my stay in Prague, both times the food was delicious, I ordered the hotdog menu and the tortellini ricotta. Besides that the frappes and desserts were also really nice. The place itself is very cute and cosy. I would definitely go here again if I ever come back to Prague.

Disappointed twice - Edit
I really wanted my hard waffle to be a one time thing so I tried this restaurant again and was disappointed. I had the kimchi omelette and it was really papery. Even my drinks both times were not great- a latte and a golden latte. I think for these prices the quality should be so much better!

An oasis in Prag - Edit
We stayed at the Salvator Boutique Hotel, which hosts the Palo Verde Bistrot, and it was the best decision we could have made. We had breakfast at Palo Verde every day and I confirm that the food is delicious: tofu scramble, waffles, avocado toast and much more ... everything was just fresh, good and lovely presented! We also had some snacks in the afternoon / evening, because their garden is so cozy and inviting we could not resist a sundowner or two, and the tapas were also delicious. Their cakes are out of this world and I think my husband ate most of their pop cakes and macarons! The prices are in line with the high quality of the food provided. There is a large variety of dishes and drinks, definitely something for everyone, but it can fill up quite quickly, so maybe a reservations would be a good idea.

Cozy place with beautiful garden, delicious food and drinks. I had PaLO-VErde bowl, every bite was full of flavor and it looked perfect. I also ordered hibicus ice tea, which was also great. My friend had Caesar salad with lemon black ice tea and she was satisfied too.

The best vegan food in Prague - Edit
I chose to stay at the Hotel Salvator Boutique because of the vegan food options in the adjourning restaurant Palo Verde. We only stayed for 6 nights but we ate at Palo Verde most mornings and some evenings too because it was that delicious. My personal favorites were the waffles with maple syrup and pecans or tofu scramble and sausage for breakfast, green smoothie and flat white. But the lasagna, tortellini and ricotta mushroom balls for dinner were mouthwatering and delicious. They serve nice wines and beautiful desserts too and everything at an affordable price.
Read moreThe staff was all extremely friendly and the place both cozy and stylish.
I will miss this place, go there while you can!
If I had to say a “con”, we sometimes got the food before our drinks and occasionally orders were mixed up. But we were not in a hurry, staff was polite and pleasant and all worth it in the end.
