It’s such a relief to see that there is an Ecuadorian company that understands the importance of using sustainable local ingredients in their products. I hope they continue to transition their menu to all vegan because it’s the only thing thing that will preserve the natural beauty of this country and of course, our incredible planet.
Read moreI love the vegan waffles, and have them often, but today I had the avocado and hummus toast and a humita, and both were delicious. A nice variety of vegan options on the menu.

I have been back recently, and unfortunately, they have changed their menu and no longer have the vegan waffles. I had an expensive and mediocre vegetable sandwich with potato chips.
